Church-planting in Zagreb, Croatia's capital

There is a dynamic church-planting work developing in co-operation with the Croatian Baptists. In Summer 2004 an agreement was made with Radićeva Baptists (Zagreb) that they would act as a mother church to establish a daughter church in Dubrava (Eastern-Zagreb) The church started regular Sunday services February 20th 2005 and is now working towards further independence. Much joy has been experience by the new «fledgling» church and also by those supporting from the mother-church. There is much openness to further growth as God leads. The new churchplant will become independent February 18th 2007.

Mjuzikids and Women's Breakfast

Frank & Angelika Bosch work in Western Zagreb, concentrating on their children's choir «Mjuzikids» and developing the growing Women's Breakfast ministry, as well as serving in a local church.

Camp Ministries in Severin-na Kupi

We have been overjoyed lately to see Bert & Daliborka Uenk (ECM Holland) more than fill a crucial gap in the Christian Conference Centre staff with colleague missions SEND and Scripture Union at Severin na Kupi.

Vision Statement

ECM in Croatia is committed to helping the Croatian Baptists plant new churches in and around the capital city of Zagreb.

Albania's Communist dictator, Enver Hoxha, proclaimed his country to be the world's first truly atheistic state. Under Hoxha's rule, Captain Berti Dosti was one of the elite who served on a communications team monitoring Albania's borders for American incursions. However, this diligent soldier left his country unguarded for 15 minutes a week as he regularly tuned into Trans World Radio's broadcasts, ultimately becoming a believer. Had he been discovered he would probably have been shot. Yet this young man with a growing faith continued to listen and would later pioneer the rebuilding of Albania's wrecked society.
