James and Carolynn Webb have lived in Zalla, Vizcaya since 2018. They planted a small church in the town of Zalla, in the Las Encartaciones region of Basque Country which has a population of 38,000 with no established evangelical church. They are working alongside the Aldana family.
In 2024 they opened "Casa Camino Antiguo" ("Ancient Way House"), a Christian guesthouse for pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago.
